EasyApache4 checking for updates fails

We have two (2) CloudLinux 7.9 boxes. We want to add a few packages to EasyApache4. On both machines, the 'Checking for updates' button just keeps spinning without a result. No options on the page work; can't do anything. Why is this happening and how do we fix it? Edit/update: It seems the same thing is happening with our Centos 6.10 and 7.9 boxes, as well.

  Never mind. While waiting for the cPanel tech to respond to our ticket, I got a nag alert to restart my Firefox browser for an update, so I did. EA4 page is working now.

  Hey there! I'm glad that's all it was and not something on the server-side! If you see this happening on a system and you know it's not the browser, it would be a good idea to try and run a "yum update" manually on the command line to see if that will provide you with any additional details.

  I should have noted that we did that, along with anything that updated anything.
