Hey hey! Could you try removing the service from the Dormant services list to see if that improves the behavior? In order to remove it from the dormant mode, you can go to WHM > Server Configuration > Tweak Settings > Software > Dorman Service and uncheck dnsadmin from that list and hit "Save". Let me know if the service runs normally after that work.

Already checked this method before submitting this here.

There's a few things we can check still :D It would be interesting to know if you can restart named/powerdns on the system - does that work well? You could also check /var/log/messages to see if there are any details there about the service failure. You may need to use the WHM >> Tweak Settings options to increase the verbosity of the dnsadmin logging to get more details if you don't see any output from the previous two recommendations. Although we only recommend enabling that temporarily, it might be enough to give you the details necessary to resolve the issue.

Updated the server again with force update command and fixed the issue.

I'm glad that an update resolved the issue for you. If you see this happening again you can try the steps I mentioned to get more details on the issue to see if that helps you determine a root cause.
