Hey there! When you said you "reinstalled" the SSL, did you run AutoSSL again for that user? If so, did you see any errors or notifications about why that particular domain may have been excluded? 0 -

Thanks for the additional details. It's possible the cPanel interface just isn't giving you all the data available for this user. If you run this on the command line, it will give you output for each specific domain it sees and tell you why it couldn't issue the certificate: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --user=username
You may see similar log entries from WHM >> Manage AutoSSL by reviewing recent logs of the process running.0 -
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --user=Myusername AutoSSL"s configured provider is "Let"s Encrypt"". Analyzing "Myusername""s domains " Analyzing "mydomainname.org.mymaindomain.io" (website) " TLS Status: OK 0 -
Did that specific domain not show up in the output from that command? I would expect it to go through each domain and check them individually, but if that specific domain did not show up at all, that could indicate other issues. Since you have root access to the machine, you're always welcome to submit a ticket to our team so we can take a look directly. 0 -
