CPANEL 1 month account bought expired in 10 Hours?

Hey we are in AWS lightsail and use a trial 15 days now that trial was expired and we bought the one month cloud vps cpanel but suddenly expired in just 10 hrs?

  Hey there! That definitely is not the expected behavior. it would be best to open a ticket with our team so we can check the license issue on our end, as expired licenses of any type do need to be investigated directly.

  I have the same problem as of March 22, 2022. I paid a 1 month license, and it is working fine when i bought it. But after 10 hours the license expired. Did you fix you issue?

  @Karlazz - for license issues it's always best to reach out to our Customer Service team at cs@cpanel.net, as they'll be able to handle any issues. I can't do much on my end for an expired license.
