Server up but unreachable via http ssh ftp IPMI KVM provided by IBM, however, I don't have a clue how to use! Willing to pay for help
Power was out at Texas server for a while, they had some issues, long story short, /var seems to be messed up not loading things like http and ssh. If I try to access any domain on the server I get connection refused. There is a backup drive on board that should have any files that might need to be replaced, if I only knew how to use IPMI KVM! As title states, I'd be happy to pay if someone is able to bail me out... Anyone?

Thank you very much! I will contact them asap! I would endeavor to do this myself but... I'm 70 now (started doing this nearly 30 years ago and have never had to use IPMI, that and right when this first happened, I'd managed to become severely dehydrated, passed out, fell down my stairs banged my head, can't remember a thing for four days and, unfortunately, can barely remember how to open up command line via ssh (which is not loading) I appreciate the prompt response I will contact SSM and hope for the best! 0 -

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with the server not being stable. I see you had another thread open on this problem so I closed that to avoid confusion, but as has been mentioned here, you'll need to work with an admin to get that resolved if you aren't able to tackle that yourself as the issue is with the operating system itself and not the cPanel tools. If there's any help I can provide on my end or if you see issues with cPanel once things are up and running just let me know. 0
