Unable to receive mail directly from my website

I have a website, but I do receive mail from visitors on my website but unfortunately I don"t receive mail from visitors anylonger from my website,, once they send mail I don"t receive them I really don"t understand

  Is this about receiving mail from some webforms on your website? Have you checked sending/receiving emails from the webmail interface?

  I would also recommend checking that mail from the Webmail tools work properly on the system. If not, there is likely a deeper issue with the machine, such as port 25 being blocked, or some other issue that is keeping mail from working.
