Request to install Letsencrypt auto ssl

I installed Letsencrypt auto ssl according to this

  Hey there! Could you try running this command: touch /root/.cpanel/letsencrypt_tos_cache
  and then accessing the WHM interface to see if that lets you complete the installation/registration?

  It seems for whatever reason the installer wasn't able to create that file. The command I provided just creates an empty file so the Let's Encrypt tools can write the necessary data to it.
