Backup has not been sent, verification also filed but file was created.

Hello, I have a problem sending the backup copy. The backup is fine, I get a message about it, but it is not being sent to the remote server. The FTP server is working fine, it is strange i'm get error during verification of destinations: "Validation for transport "adres of backup server" failed: Could not upload test file: Timeout" Buy verification file was created on remote server and is named: validate.tmp-3316-1615357850.txt and has 0B size. I can copy new files on this server, it's no problem with that. The last change for my server was to move to a machine with a newer kernel version (from 2.6.32-042stab134.8 to 3.10.0-1127.18.2.vz7.163.46) and after this change the problem occurred.

  Hey there! I wouldn't expect a kernel change to cause a problem related to the backups on the system. The best thing to do would be to check the transporter logs in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter directory for more details on what may have caused this failure. Can you let me know if you see anything helpful in the most recent log file there?

  Hello, I checked the logs and the problem was caused by the firewall settings.
