hello i have installed cpanel few days ago but all my domains are spam blacklisted.i have dont create and i have dont send any email from that domains.

  yes i have get another domain blacklisted and i have remove from black list and now i get same on all domains

  It sounds like the IP address may have already been in the blacklist before it was ever assigned to your system, especially since you have not sent any mail from the machine. This is something you would want to speak with your hosting provider about since they may have an entire range being blocked they are not aware of, and they may be able to provide you with a new IP address specifically for sending mail.

  Is a oneprovider dedicaded server and not the ip was not blacklisted before
