Backup transport errors

I have disabled " Retain Backups in the Default Backup Directory " If i look on my the local backup directory the directory of the account is not present (it supposed to exist because i have the error and the system only deletes it when it moved to the destination location, but it doesnt exist)., also, i see the backup on the destination server (backup server) but i dont know if it is complete or not (it is nearly the size of the account) The rsync error is not helpful as it dont have any information where to look How can i find what is happening in order to fix it?
