Cpanel blocked

Hello I cannot access Cpanel to my website it is blocked any help appreciated we are turning the router on and off every 30 minutes to get access.

If rebooting your local router resolves the problem, it sounds like you are being blocked by the server's firewall or cPHulk tools, which isn't something you would be able to resolve with just cPanel access. You'll want to speak with your hosting provider or datacenter to have them check that issue on their side and see if they can get that permanently fixed.

  By hosting provider or data center you mean ISP or IT company?

  This would be the IT company where you purchased your website plan.
