Interface Analytics keeps appearing even after disabling cPanel Analytics!!!

    I have had to disable cPanel Analytics via WHM because the Interface Analytics pop-out keeps popping out every time I open/refresh the Engintron page. However, even with cPanel Analytics disabled, the Interface Analytics keeps re-appearing, and no matter whether I accept or decline it still reappears.

    I have resolved the issue by reinstalling Engintron.

    Sorry for bringing up this old thread but this issue still is present. Even after reinstalling Engintron, the issue eventually comes back. Looks like this is an unresolved issue?

    @WebSavvyGuy - we don't have any control over Engintron on our side, so if the issue only happens on that one page you'll want to reach out to them.

    Yes, it only happens on that one plugin but thats the only plugin we use so im not sure if it happens on all php based plugins or not. In the developers Github reply i linked above he says its a bug on Cpanels side.

    It is also happening on different plugins, so not just Engintron! It's very annoying. You are about to click something and it pops up, so you have to click elsewhere for the message and then go back to what you were doing again. Right pain when you have to click/check different settings around the control panel.

     

    Webuzo doesn't do this LOL

    HostXNow_Chris - if it *only* happens on plugin pages, I'm not sure there's much we can do on our side as that would indicate an issue with how the plugin is configured.
