Transfer Account Error

Getting this message when trying to transfer an account from one server to another:

  My bet would be the firewall is blocking you now so before the transfer make sure the source and destination IP is whitelisted

  Do you have cphulk enabled? can you try to whitelisted the IPs on both side there?

  Both servers will need to access each other, so having the IP whitelisted in the firewall level is the best bet to help get that working.
