FTP connections Icon not showing on users cPanel

Hi, i noticed the FTP connections icon is not showing on users cPanel. We use PURE-FTPD on our server, we have tried upcp to be sure nothing is broken, however, the FTP accounts Icon is showing. We have disabled and reenabled the ftp server. Kindly assist further.

  Hey there! Is it possible this has been disabled in a package? You could go to WHM >> Feature Manager and edit the feature list associated with the package to see if that is the case.

  Thank you for your response.. We have checked and FTP is enabled in the feature manager but it is still not showing on our Cpanel.

  Is there any update? We are also facing same issue. We have also noticed that "FTP Connections" icon is showing in older cPanel version 86.0.40. Please find the attached screenshot called "86.png" of the version 86.0.40. But its not showing in the version 94.0.11, please find the attached screenshot called "94.png" Please suggest.   Are either of you running your cPanel installations on CloudLinux?

  Yes, we have CloudLinux

  Thank you for that clarification. CloudLinux hides specific processes from users, which results in the FTP Connections not displaying within the cPanel interface. You can find more information on this here:
