email search box doesn't work as expected
when I try to search for something that uses space or numbers in the string
returns error
like this:
if i try to search with only "licitacao" works
but if i use spaces or numbers doesnt

Hey there! I wasn't able to reproduce this on my end as the search worked just the same with or without spaces. It sounds like this could be a specific issue with the mailbox. Could you check the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log file while you perform this work to see if there are any additional details there? You could also check /var/log/maillog to see if there is a connection issue with the mail server itself. 0 -

on "/var/log/maillog" shows nothing about this error0 -
I don't think those logs are related either as they are referencing the Feature Showcase tool in WHM. Could you get a ticket submitted to our team so we can check this for you directly? If you do that, please post the number here so I can follow along and keep this thread updated. 0 -

I checked this on my end and I'm not seeing any issues when accessing tickets.cpanel.net at this time. Can you try that again from a different browser to see if that solves the issue? 0 -
