SSL Problem - Let's Encrypt

HI, i have a problem with a ssl configuration by Let's Encrypt. i have posted the image for view the problem. thanks.

  Hey there! Thanks for posting those images of the issue. When these problems happen I like to use a tool like intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health to make sure there are no problems with the DNS configuration for the domain, as any problem will keep the SSL from being issued properly. Can you check that and see if that helps with the problem?
