What will cause cPanel upload to make slow ?
in one of my client dedicated server cPanel filemanager upload is almost slow and sometimes gives error like "quota reached"
it has 16 Core cpu and Server load is just 1.05
RAM Usage 25GB / 32 GB
top - 12:12:23 up 40 days, 11:41, 3 users, load average: 1.27, 1.09, 1.04
Tasks: 2073 total, 2 running, 2071 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
%Cpu(s): 3.2 us, 2.7 sy, 0.0 ni, 91.8 id, 0.2 wa, 0.0 hi, 2.1 si, 0.0 st
KiB Mem : 32795124 total, 2105508 free, 25449628 used, 5239988 buff/cache
KiB Swap: 8388604 total, 8257020 free, 131584 used. 6003268 avail Mem
Does increasing the RAM will fix the issue or we need to do any other things ?
There is no issue on network level

Quota reached that for this cPanel account you are using all allocated space hence the upload is getting slower and slower and eventually it will fail due to lack of space. Make sure you have enough free space on the server and on the account as well and the limit is high enough to be able to upload that file. 0 -
Is your server using SSD or HDD? 0 -
It sounds like you may need to increase the disk quota for that specific cPanel user. 0 -
