Roundcube addresses missing after primary Domain name change.
After a [mostly] successful primary domain name change of an account in cPanel, I have a couple of Roundcube user who indicate their address books are missing.
Is there atsk that must be performed to get these back? I have looked at /var/cpanel/roundcube and I do see previous versions of a roundcube.sql file.
Is there a simple way to use this backup to recover lost addresses for individual users?
Thanks,
Jason

Hey there! I wouldn't expect a domain name change to adjust the Roundcube settings at all, but can you try this to see if that helps get things sorted? /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-roundcube-db --force0 -
Thanks for the idea! It didn't work :( 0 -
It might be best if we did some more investigation into this as there could be other issues we aren't yet aware of. If you can get a ticket submitted to our team we can check this directly on the server, but please post the number here so I can follow along. 0 -
