now i have domain from bluehost and make azure cpanal it have own nameservers i want to connect my domain to azure how

No, you would need to choose a custom nameserver and configure that. The cPanel nameservers listed are not available for your use and only work to setup the default "cprapid" domain for the initial hostname.

Your hosting provider would be the one to assign the IP addresses to your account. If you need additional IPs you would want to speak with the host.
