Unable to login on port 2083, but able to on 2087

Hi there! For some reason, I'm unable to log in to root on cPanel, but with the same user/pass, I'm able to on WHM. Could you explain to me why? I've tried logging in to a user account aswell, but without any luck there. The error it gives me is just "Invalid login" Thanks in advance!

  If you have cPhulk enabled then try after temporary disabling it or whitelist your machine IP in cPhulk with the below commands: /scripts/cphulkdwhitelist 1.3X.X5.7X

  This is normal behavior as root would not be able access the individual cPanel user account. If you want to access all cPanel accounts on the system it is best to do that fro the WHM >> List Accounts page.
