Email Archive configuration issue on outlook
Hi, I want to set up my email archive account which is cPanel > Archive (_username@domain-name) to my outlook but I'm wasn't able to configure it on IMAP. But it configured automatically on outlook via POP but there are no emails synched in it except one email. How can I display all my emails?

Thanks for the update. The issue has been resolved. The outlook (latest version) was trying to send and receive (Outlook testing email) an email and on this email (_archive@domain-name) we can not send emails and that was the main reason for this issue. On the old version of outlook (2007 and 2010), we can skip send the test email step. 0 -
