Is it possible to disable dovecot/lmtp service for certain cpanel account

My Server showed very high CPU usage. The "Daily Process Log" in WHM show that "dovecot/lmtp" process from a cpanel account as the top process consuming almost 50% CPU resources. is it possible to disable this "dovecot/lmtp" proccess/service for just certain one cpanel account? because this one account doesn't need email services at all. Thank you.

  Hey there! There isn't a way to turn off the dovecot service for a certain domain, but how about these API calls here?
