pdns service failed to start Help Me!

Hello, I have installed cpanel whm on my vds server but I cannot activate it. I am getting the error indicated in the picture. Please help me.

  Try the below command from shell access: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/restartsrv_pdns
  If failed paste the output here.

  The command line restart may give us more details we can use to help with :D
