Impossible to open a ticket support on cPanel.net

Hi, i need to open a ticket to cPanel support but i can't. When i go to the cPanel portal it doesn't show the option to open a ticket, see my video :

  Hey there! Could you try clearing your cache or using a different browser to see if that same behavior happens? There aren't any issues with the ticket system that I am aware of today.

  Hi, no it doesn't work BUT see the link i have : https://id.cpanel.net/globallogout?kind=error&message=User+is+invalid%3A+Email%3A++olivier.frascone%40skynet.be+has+already+been+taken
  Is seems there is an error with my previous email adress i used. Here is also a video : Loom | Send a video. Not a thousand words. Used incognito and other browser.

  Could you email our team at cs@cpanel.net so they can check your account and see if there are issues with that email?
