Spamassassin not logging outgoing email
When i enable Spamassassin to check outgoing email and forward email as per this configuration
Scan outgoing messages for spam and reject based on defined Apache SpamAssassin" score = 10
Do not forward mail to external recipients based on the defined Apache SpamAssassin" score = 5
Spamassassin did block outgoing/forward email when spam score reach limit, but it not logging which rules that trigger so it so hard to know why that email is mark as spam and got reject when my customers ask.
As me finding around in request/forum cPanel team suggest that it logging in /var/log/maillog (

Hi i've send more information in ticket but to clarify email not got reject by sysfilter since SMTP log is show as "Warning: "SpamAssassin as cpaneleximscanner detected OUTGOING smtp message as spam" not "cancelled by system filter" and email that got reject is not relate with condition in sysfilter at all.0 -

Hi, to update this case and for someone that may encounter the problem that Spamassassin will stop logging after sometime and need to restart for it to log again. As per cPanel Analyst . Disable Spamassassin from dormant mode (which enable by default) should be help. - Access WHM " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings " Software " Dormant services. - Unselect Spamd from the list of Dormant Services. - Restart the Spamd and cpsrvd services 0 -
