UNKNOWN kvm [ip-***-***-***-***] v94.0.4 Load Averages: 0.20 0.28 0.19
WHM (Web Host Manager) News Change Log Log Out (root)
You must reboot the server to apply kernel updates.

1) Perhaps that is not sufficient RAM? 2) Yes, do the reboots in off-peak hours and perhaps connect with IPMI incase there are any issues with the new kernel. 0 -
1 - Are you seeing any other service failures? /var/log/chkservd.log would tell you if this is happening more than once, or maybe this was just a one-time issue during an update. 2 - It's not possible to estimate the time of a reboot as that is completely up to the hardware of the system and how it interacts with the operating system. Every machine is a bit different, but typically I would expect that to be less than 15 minutes until all services are back online. 0 -

It's really not possible to say without examining the machine. If your host isn't able to get you more details, please submit a ticket with our team so we can check that for you. 0 -
IN ADDITION, IN MY TRY TO REBOOT VPS Server from WHM Getting: // Why this and why shows UNKNOWN rather CENTOS 7.9...? ARE YOU RECOMMEND try to RESTART SERVER [reboot] from the Godaddy dashboard...? SEE ATTACHMENT 0 -
With the number of errors you're seeing I wouldn't really recommend anything until the host checks the hardware and system and on their end. 0
