Hey there! We *really* don't recommend trying this type of upgrade on a cPanel system. There is likely an httpd* exclude entry in the /etc/yum.conf that is keeping the httpd-mmn package from being installed, which is there to prevent conflicts with the cPanel-provided Apache tools. You're welcome to remove that limitation, but you're likely to run into further package conflicts and you'll be proceeding at your own risk.

hmm ,thank you for the tip, is there any other option to upgrade from centos 6 to 7 without migrating the whole server ?

Unfortunately no - we recommend a full migration to ensure things go well. We do have the Transfer Tool that will help you move all the files and even many of the server configurations, so that is your best and easiest option. If you are running CentOS 32-bit, we'd be happy to perform the migration for you.
