Restoration from backup gives Missing item at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Transfers/Session.pm

Can anybody explain it to me why am i getting this error after i run /scripts/restorepkg username Also i ran it from /home directory..... cPanel restorepkg version: 2.3 Archive user: Restricted: no Allow Reseller Privileges: no The system will attempt to restore the archive file "/home/infratec". Missing item at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Transfers/Session.pm line 1536. Whostmgr::Transfers::Session::_confess("Missing item") called at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Transfers/Session.pm line 1080 Whostmgr::Transfers::Session::_set_state(Whostmgr::Transfers::Session=HASH(0x3799d58), HASH(0x37c2048)) called at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Transfers/Session.pm line 530 Whostmgr::Transfers::Session::enqueue(Whostmgr::Transfers::Session=HASH(0x3799d58), "AccountLocal", HASH(0x35ab6f0), 30) called at bin/restorepkg.pl line 336 bin::restorepkg::script("bin::restorepkg", "infratec") called at bin/restorepkg.pl line 55 I also have attached a file in case.... Backup was previously taken from another cpanel server in xxxx.tar.gz format. Thankyou....

  That output would indicate that this isn't a full cPanel backup that can be used to restore the account. Do you have any information on how this backup was created?
