Public network down after cPanel install
Hi,
Sorry for my english.
I installed cPanel on a fresh cloud linux 8 server. When done, I reboot the server and then lost the network (from inside/outside).
I can't open a ticket because your website says my support access ID is invalid (I copy past from command line, no error from my side) and it looks like I can't continue without it...
How can I get support please ?

In the past, I've seen this happen when SELinux is not disabled, but there could be a number of issues happening. If you need to submit a ticket to us, you can email cs@cpanel.net as that will contact our Customer Service team directly and they can get you over to Support. If we aren't able to access the server, you may actually want to speak to your hosting provider or datacenter, as they would have access to the system even when the network is offline. 0
