How do I scan my website for malware

Hello, Today while browsing a website hosted on my VPS server, Avast opened a warning message telling me the website is infected with html-inf [susp]. The screenshot uploaded here :

  There are two best solutions in cPanel currently for website Scanning and Security: 1. Paid: Imunify360 which is the best in consideration for Firewall, Proactive Defense, Real Time Monitoring and KernalCare Health. 2. Free: ClamAV Scanner which will scan only the Directories and /home or Whatever Files you request for manually using plugin.

  I agree with @ankeshanand - those are the best options that are known to support a cPanel environment.
