How inject html code to all websites

Hi I want to show 1 js code in head and 1 html line after body tag in my all websites How i can do this?

  Hey there! I'm not sure there is going to be a good answer for this. Each website will have different properties - some could be written in PHP, or use a tool like WordPress where there is dynamic contact, and some could be plain HTML pages. Each of those would need a different implementation in order to display this code on the site.

  I want to do this in webserver many people do this with mod_sed and ... What solution do you suggest
