That log would be the best place to get more details for sure. 0 -
Is there a way I could export it and show it to you? Or I can just copy & paste the lines 0 -
You could always copy/paste the relevant data from the logs, which should only be a couple of the lines. If you aren't able to track that down, please open a ticket with our team and we can look into that for you. 0 -
cPanel Service has errors. It just happened again :( :( :(
Contact me Personally at ankesh@cloudmate.in and I'll fix it for free if in my Hands. The problem is in cPanel Service I think.0 -

Can you show me how?0 -
Can you show me how?
/usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log These 2 are for cPanel0 -
There should not be any special steps required - if you can't copy and paste from your terminal you could always take a screenshot to provide that information. 0 -

But whats the best way to do it? Share the logs with you, or how can i give you access?0 -
If you submit a support ticket to our team we'll be happy to check this for you. You can do that directly through WHM >> Create a Support Ticket 0 -

Technically, You cannot give access here. Go to cPanel and Open Support Ticket if You want official Support. Else, Contact me or Share logs through Terminal here so that we can identify the problem. Obviously, The best way is cPanel Official Support0 -

Hi there... I have a question, can I migrate/reinstall this VPS server or a better one to a physical server I have where I am right now? ( This other server has better requirements) 0 -

You can Install new cPanel/WHM on Bare Metal Server and Transfer the Websites using Transfer Tool but Remember one Disadvantage. cPanel License price would increase! As on Cloud, Its just 15$ but on Bare Metal, Its 30$0 -
You can see the current prices for servers listed in the store here: cPanel Store - Cart 0 -
Update - after we reviewed @Ramaaa 's server, we found there were memory issues causing high server load. He's going to work with his provider on that to see if they can find the cause and get that resolved. 0 -
@cPRex Hi there.. I am having another issue, could you help me with it? It has nothing do with the other topic. Let me know please.. 0 -
Absolutely, but it would be best to open a new thread to avoid confusion. 0
