Hey there! I'm wondering if this is related to a case we're already aware of. If you just restart Exim without the rebuild, does that also get things sending?

Yes, it does. This morning, the same situation happened and I just ran: /scripts/restartsrv_exim and the emails were immediately delivered. Is there a solution? Or must I set a cron job with this command to run periodically? I can understand this temporarily, but not permanently

Possibly - is this server running in a VMWare system?

Hmmmm, that may not be the case I was thinking of then. Could you open a ticket with our team so we could investigate this directly on the system? Please post the ticket number here so I can keep this thread updated.
