Adding display-name to an email address

Is there a way to add a display-name to email addresses? I'd love to be able to have, for example "Bob" At the moment it seems there's nothing beyond a strict which defaults to "" or "codegod" or worse "" , depending on the receiving application/webmail system. There doesn't appear to be any fields to achieve this in the "Create An Email Account" screen (or elsewhere!) Apologies if this is covered somewhere -- I searched the docs, knowledgebase, and forums before posting!

  Hey there! You can make this change inside webmail for the specific address, but you're correct that it is not part of the email account creation process. More details on that can be found here:

  Fantastic! Thank you. Had no idea it would be in webmail -- I'll instruct staff to "set their own".
