/home/yyyy/logs
[root@ip-***-***-***-*** logs]# ls -la | grep "Apr-2021"

That's a totally different problem but it's an easy fix. See0 -
@Leonidas Savvides - hopefully the RPM rebuild will get things working. If not, you'll need to speak with your hosting provider to see if they can help. 0 -
This if fail: WHM >> Rebuild RPM Database tool Or Version "94.0.5" is available. Update Now ??? 0 -
Rebuilding the RPM database doesn't pose any danger to the data on the server. 0 -
You'll have to do the RPM rebuild before you can try the update. 0 -
OK Do both off-peak periods...correct ??? 0 -
I wouldn't expect the RPM work to have any customer-facing impact, so it's up to you when you perform that work :D 0 -
RPM rebuild, after do this, when/how understand all go ok, and finished, so as proceed with the second, the update of WHM/cPanel...? 0 -
When you perform the RPM rebuild it will either tell you it worked successfully or not on the screen. The message it provides in the output will be similar to this, as this is from an RPM rebuild on a test server: D: adding 1 entries to Installtid index. D: adding 1 entries to Sigmd5 index. D: adding "807845a8292cea3ea4b5a5efb0b48cfbebf7a70c" to Sha1header index. D: closed db index /var/lib/rpm/Packages D: closed db environment /var/lib/rpm D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Sha1header D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Sigmd5 D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Installtid D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Dirnames D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Triggername D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Obsoletename D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Conflictname D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Providename D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Requirename D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Group D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Basenames D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Name D: closed db index /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243/Packages D: closed db environment /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.9243 Complete!
