Hey there! I'm not entirely sure what you mean when you say "trying to register to cpanel" - is this happening when you try to log in as a user, or when you are trying to create a new account?

It happens when I try to open an account... "the password phrase" AJAX Error: Try again....

Thanks for the additional details. Since you do not have root access to the machine you would not be able to do much troubleshooting for this issue. You would want to contact the hosting provider and have them check the error logs for cPanel to find out what the issue may be.

How do I get accesss to the root machine...

root user is the Administrator of the Server which has full control over the WHM/cPanel functions. If You are the Root user, Check the Logs: # /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
If You do not find anything inside error Log, Then Most probably You need to Update cPanel/WHM to see if that helps: # /scripts/upcp --force
Another Reason can be You are using Safari Browser. At this time, this error seems to only affect Safari browsers that do not support AJAX scripting, specifically version 4 and some version 5. Try using newer Browsers like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox

It's important to note that root is not a user you can get access to, without purchasing a full server for hosting. If things need root access, that is something your provider would need to do for you.
