Backup Option missing in cPanel

Hi All, I faced a strange issue, my backup option is missing from my cPanel even though it's enabled in the feature manager, is there any other settings where it can be disabled?

  Have you checked if it's on the disabled feature list?

  The "disabled" feature list is a good idea, as that would disable the feature for all packages and accounts.
