Email does not synchronize

I have noticed an error in some email accounts linked by IMAP. The email is sent, but it does not synchronize with the server and other email accounts, configured in the same way, it does not have this error. Is it a problem with folder or file permissions?

  Resolved, problem caused by corrupted DNS zone. Corrected through resetzone as clarified at
