Issue on not loading extensions after changing PHP version from MultiPHP Manager

Hello, I know the issue is with CloudLinux, but cPanel community is better (no exaggeration at all):) There are multiple websites and I have hidden MultiPHP Manager from Feature List in cPanel, but enabled PHP Selector CloudLinux. Now all users by default are in "cagefs" and use "inherit" version of PHP. So they choose the version from PHP Selector and it works fine. But today one client has asked me to do this: domain.com ==> PHP 5.6 (using PHP Selector), sub.domain.com ==> PHP 7.0 (I changed to this version from WHM-->MultiPHP Manager) The main domain works fine but in the sub domain, I see some errors like some extensions, mysqli and gd are not enabled. I did enable them manually by adding "extension=NAME.so" in "php.ini" file. But if I change PHP version in cPanel interface to version 7.0, I see all extensions are enabled and work fine. The issue is only when I do this through the MultiPHP Manager. Would you please help me how to fix this issue so that in the future if another one needed to do this, I would know? Thanks in advance

  Hey there! Can you make sure the domain is not set to "inherit" and see if that gets things working?

  Hi there, yes I tried it to set both domains other than "inherit" and got the same result. I mean the main domain has no problem and all of default extensions are enabled via phpinfo function, but sub domain does not have extensions like "mysqli", etc.

  Is it possible that the packages aren't chosen in the alt-php70 version on the system? That is what I'd expect to be in use if you are using the PHP Selector tool. Can you work through the guide here to see if that clears things up? This would just ensure everything is in a default state:

  I'm not sure how to check if that packages are chosen in alt-php70 version. I did set up the server myself and everything has been done before (cagefs is enabled by default for all). I checked the above link again php-fpm is disabled for all, all users has been set to inherit before.

  It may be best to submit a ticket to our team so we can examine the entire server's configuration and make sure things are working well. If you do submit a ticket, please post the number here so I can follow along and keep this thread updated with our findings.
