cPHulk block login email

Hi! Why does cPHulk block the email login if the password is correct in case of attack? How can this be avoided?

  cPHulk will only block if it sees a large number of attempts originating from your IP address. Do you have any mail client or something of that nature with the incorrect password attempting to log in with an old or incorrect password in your network?

  You can switch OFF that option from WHM cPhulk Bruteforce Protection Settings which locks the account for a whole day after certain limit has been crossed. Actually, It is made to protect Account from Distributed Bruteforce Attacks from Different IP Addresses. Probably, You can add your Machine/PC IP Address to cPhulk Whitelist and in that Way, It will not block any wrong attempts.
