Excesive process -> cpanellogin

I"m having an issue with cpanellogin using a LOT resources.
Apparently only happens once a week (normally at fridays). The server normally is with 0,5 or 1 of load average.
When this process : /usr/local/cpanel/base/show_template.stor appears in the process queue under user : cpanellogin, the load average go to 30, 40 or more.. all services are slow.. and appears hundred of this process. I kill its, and the server back to normal. then, few more times happens the same, i kill all process again, and finally all back to normal during all the next week, and then.. again... only happens ONE day a week.
Sorry for the weird explanation, but all its is weird.
Any clue?

Hi Fabian, After researching your issue, I see some cPanel customers have issues with the process running too long. Best to open a support ticket with the cPanel support team for this particular issue. 0 -
That's definitely odd behavior - we'd love to see that in action if you could open a ticket and then we can schedule a tech to monitor the system while this is happening :D 0
