Problem with Cpanel Varnish plugin - Unixy
Hello, We are looking for a cache management solution to optimize the performance of our Cpanel - WHM server.
We saw that the Unixy.net site offered a plugin allowing cache management directly in Cpanel.
After reading different reviews on this subject, we made the choice to buy their plugin with the installation option which is paid.
We then communicated to them all the information regarding access to our server so that they could proceed with the installation of the Varnish cache plugin and carry out tests.
However following our purchase of the plugin for Cpanel + the installation option we have not had any response from them for over a month now.
We're quite worried that they won't give us an answer and if we ever had a problem with their plugin there doesn't seem to be any support behind this site.
I wanted to know if any of you are using the Varnish plugin from Unixy and if you have encountered this kind of problem with their support not responding and closing the tickets we open.
Is this still a serious business or do you advise me to use another caching system solution?
Indeed, we are looking for a caching solution that would be directly accessible from the Cpanel interface for administration. Knowing that on our server there are several websites, we want to be able to activate or not the cache depending on the website.
Thank you in advance for your answers.

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about that, and I hope other users will be able to comment with their experience. 0 -
Just to keep you posted, after message reminders almost every day we still have no response from support for the paid option you took at Unixy. On Twitter many people are in the same situation as us. So be careful because Unixy seems to have become a scam ... 0 -
