    We'll definitely need more details in order to help with this. If your SSH session disconnects that shouldn't matter as upcp runs in the background. You can ctrl+c the upcp process and you'll see this notification appear: Not allowing upcp slave to be killed during updatenow, just killing monitoring process.
    Still, I would run "/scripts/upcp --force" a second time to ensure that is working well and all the cPanel components are present on the machine. For the MySQL issue, it would be good to see the content of the MySQL error log on the server. This is located in /var/lib/mysql/yourhostname.err by default, unless you have specific a different location in the /etc/my.cnf file. Watching the logs from that file while trying to access the databases page in cPanel should provide you with more details on what the issue may be.
