When I do an SSL update/check (eg. autossl_check --user=username), everything is fine for one domain. User-excluded domain: 1 (www. Why?

  Login to the cPanel interface of the concerned account and check SSL/TLS Status >> Excludes Domains from AutoSSL
  if you find www.your-domain.com here then uncheck it and re-run AutoSSL

  Thanks, that worked. Had to click the Include in check or whatever. not sure why it was off.
