    Can you elaborate this please? but from the sound of it this would be something not supported by cPanel.

    So if I understand correctly you want to put all cPanel accounts under /home which will be on Azure Files and will be mounted to the server. This is possible yes but the performance will be lower if you put this on NFS and such plus you have to be careful with network as any network problems could result in file corruption. So this is tricky but possible. I wouldn't recommend it though.

    cPanel doesn't officially support NFS for anything at this time:

    thanks guys the friendly Trex has spoken. I just had that in mind and on prod i would stay with Storage Disks. My Idea would be, that the whole Home Directory would be on the NFS. Backups would be done classic with JetBackup with SFTP to another Storage. In my test lab i will try it with NFS and look, what could go wrong.
