I just got my second notification about this (2 different servers). The first was just under 2 weeks ago and then it was 6 of the servers that I monitor (I am guessing the other 4 will alert me tonight at some point).
Any reason these would just now start coming in? There were no changes to my notification preferences, PHP-FPM was never monitored before afaik (or if it was I don't think I have seen any notices), and obviously PHP-FPM is not a new service.

94.0.10 (96.08 available) x6. I also have 3 servers with the same version that are not sending those notices. Side note: I am not getting any notices of updates being blocked, but was there a skip in there somewhere? Should those machines all have updated automatically from 94.0.10 yet, or do I need run all those manually? -Michael0 -
The servers update not only just based on the version number but also the tier, so it would depend what your update settings were set to: > Service Manager, is the service actually not being monitored? That isn't new software as it was added in version 54. Do you see anything in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log or /var/log/chkservd.log about that error? 0 -

Nothing in either when I grep for PHP-FPM.That isn't new software as it was added in version 54.

As per a couple posts up: 94.0.10 (96.08 available) x6. I also have 3 servers with the same version that are not sending those notices. I did look, and on at least one that's not sending the notices it's because the service is not enabled. I never manually enabled or disabled monitoring on any of them, so either a) all of the machines using PHP-FPM were being monitored, and it got disabled without my intervention, or b) it was never monitored, and only just this month started to care about that. I'll chime in with a "me too" on this. It started in early May and I've received occasional notifications since then, with the most recent being yesterday. My server is at v96.0.9. I just now went into the Service Manager and enabled monitoring, but I hadn't previously disabled monitoring, so I've been puzzled about what caused the notifications to start.0 -
@aztopdavid - thanks for the feedback. Our team is working on this in case CPANEL-37047 although we're still looking into the root cause so I don't have any updates to provide just yet. 0 -
Hi cPRex, We have disabled PHP-FPM from service manager on numerous ocassions on our servers but after few days again we get notification from servers. Note: None of the servers have PHP-FPM enabled. Below is one of the example. Regards, Mehul 0 -

Yes we have WordPress Toolkit installed but we are not using PHP-FPM service on any of the server. Please suggest how to stop the recurrence of such alerts even after disabling PHP-FPM service on server. Regards, Mehul0 -
Unfortunately that isn't possible - as long as WordPress Toolkit is installed, PHP-FPM will get installed as well. Instead of disabling the service completely you'll just want to disable the monitoring so you don't receive any notifications. 0 -

Thank you for the update. We always disabled the PHP-FPM monitoring from service manager but after few days we still get notifications that PHP-FPM service is not monitored so we try to disable PHP-FPM service but it automatically after some updates gets enabled. So not sure how to go about without getting any notification for monitoring PHP-FPM service notification even though PHP-FPM is enabled. Regards, Mehul0 -
