Email passwords not recognized

Today we woke up with several messages from customers reporting that couldn"t login into their email accounts. It seems like their email passwords are not working, and while I could reset some of them I can repeat the procedure with all of them. Is there any report for that issue?

  We would need some logs to investigate. Are they able to login to webmail? Is there anything in /var/log/maillog or in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when trying to logging in via webmail?

  Nothing special in /var/log/maillog Only the usual "imap-login: Disconnected (auth failed, 1 attempts in 32 secs)"

  I don't have any other reports of this on my side at this time. Do the accounts work after the password has been reset or are there continued issues?
