Cpanel login works, but logging into domain as owner does not. Why is this?

Greetings. My Cpanel login works fine, but logging into my domain as owner does not. Why is this? It is saying my username / email is invalid.

  I guess you accessed your cPanel from WHM and you are unable to login to cPanel directly. right? if this is the case, try changing password and retry.
