Hey there! When it is not working, does it provide any errors on the screen? I see your forums profile indicates you don't have root access to the server, so you may need to speak with your hosting provider or datacenter so they can check the mail and cPanel logs to see if that indicates an issue, as you would not have access to those. 0 -
Hi, thanks for reply. I have root access to server, I've been trying to do this on root account but It won't work for my client. I think that changing main account name will solve problem, but this user has a lot of databases so it is risky. 0 -
Thanks for the additional details. In general, we don't recommend using the "username@domain.com" address as that gets used for special functions in cPanel. You could check the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log file to see if there is anything related to that failure there. 0 -
Hi, sorry for long time but we have a lot of work last week : - ). In error_log there are no information about this user. I've send them e-mail and if there is no solution I will recommend to send emails to the alias on other account. 0 -
You're always welcome to submit a ticket to our team as well if you'd like us to look, but I know one of the first things we'll mention will be not to use that email address for the actual sending and receiving of messages. 0
