Backup stops after 200MB

    check, the storage spaces are enough or not

    Well, space is enough, HDD is 1TB, with 20% occupied. Backup starts and stops in about 200MB (in an account of 10GB)

    For the 10G account that you mentioned, can you try running this on the command line as root? /scripts/pkgacct username
    That will create a manual backup of just that one account, and may help you find an issue with the account that is keeping it from being backed up.

    Try it via terminal /scripts/pkgacct username if you are facing issues again then please shared the backup log

    It works with SSH, but this solves the problem 50% as backup is taken to remote ftp and needs to be automatic.

    Just to confirm - the pkgacct command worked well, but the automated cPanel backups that get created overnight are failing and not leaving any evidence of the failure in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup log?

    Yes correct, also we got the same issue with manual backup of each account from cpanel
